Structured Cabling Services (Closed)

Houston government seeks a vendor for a three-year contract to provide structured cabling services across its facilities.

Must submit one original signed hard bound proposal in a 3-ring binder and one electronic copy on a flash drive.
Must include a completed and signed Subcontracting Plan if the proposal is over $100,000.
Must include a completed General Information Questionnaire.
Must include a fully executed Execution of Offer (Exhibit A).
Technicians must be certified on installing Cat 6 and CAT6a cable.
Must carry Commercial General Liability Insurance of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate.
Must carry Professional Liability or Errors & Omission Insurance of at least $5,000,000 per occurrence.
Must maintain Workers' Compensation and Employers Liability Insurance.
Must maintain Commercial Automobile Liability Insurance of at least $1,000,000.
Must be authorized to do business in the State of Texas and have an A.M. Best rating of A-, VII or better.
