Vendor needs to provide structural engineering services to the government authority located in San Marcos, TX. • Engineering on new building construction, major renovations, infrastructure, and other miscellaneous projects, on an as–needed basis • Provide expert–level structural engineering services as requested in support of capital improvements; renovations; facility and campus infrastructure; and other projects within the University. • Complete reviews of the structural aspect of proposed engineering additions to campus infrastructure to include new and existing buildings and structures. • Provide detailed reports of existing building conditions and recommendations to possible repairs. • Provide structural engineering services in the modeling and evaluation of building and structural displacements. All questions must be submitted no later than February 20, 2026.
