An opportunity is available for a vendor to provide strategic planning, digital platform development, and implementation services to advance energy efficiency programs in the Virgin Islands. The selected vendor will collaborate on drafting, revising, and refining key blueprint and program launch documents to ensure successful rollout and operation.

The scope of work includes the development of a centralized digital platform that facilitates program management, supports coupon-based rebates, as well as contractor, retailer, DIY, and self-install rebate pathways. Additionally, the vendor will deliver tools for mobile field verification, photo documentation, auditing, and payment management to streamline program operations.

A key requirement is the design and construction of a scalable CRM platform capable of supporting multiple concurrent energy efficiency programs. Vendors with expertise in energy program delivery, digital tools for incentive management, and CRM development are encouraged to participate.
