DESCRIPTION


The government authority in Edmonton, Alberta, is seeking a proponent to provide strategic stakeholder engagement and coordination services for a one-year contract. The selected provider will develop a comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategy within 30 days of contract award and build productive relationships with utilities, governments, regulators, Indigenous partners, industry organizations, and other strategic stakeholders.

Responsibilities will include identifying priority stakeholder groups, engagement objectives, key messages, engagement approaches, and anticipated outcomes; planning and coordinating meetings and engagement sessions; preparing briefing materials, presentations, agendas, and summaries; maintaining stakeholder engagement records; and identifying opportunities to strengthen collaboration and advance project priorities. The provider will also support outreach activities related to project communications and relationship development.

Additional duties include coordinating project workstreams, supporting meetings and workshops, monitoring progress and risks, maintaining project documentation, coordinating deliverables among partners and consultants, and contributing to communications materials, project announcements, reports, presentations, and knowledge-sharing activities.
