An Ontario-based organization is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive strategic planning services. The selected provider will be responsible for integrating anti-racist and anti-oppression frameworks into the strategic plan to ensure equity and inclusivity throughout the process.

The scope of work includes engaging and advising the Board and the Staff Strategic Planning Committee, as well as facilitating engagement sessions with staff, members, and other stakeholders using the SOAR (Strengths, Opportunities, Aspirations, Results) approach. The vendor will also conduct key informant interviews, draft surveys, review organizational documents, and carry out an environmental scan using the PESTEL (Political, Economic, Social, Technological, Environmental, Legal) model.

Based on the collected data and insights, the vendor will assist in identifying potential priorities, objectives, and outcomes for Board consideration. Additionally, recommendations for effective strategic planning monitoring tools are expected to support the organization in tracking progress and ensuring alignment with identified goals.
