DESCRIPTION
An Ontario-based organization is seeking a vendor to deliver comprehensive strategic planning facilitation services. The selected provider will be responsible for designing and facilitating a full-day, in-person strategic planning session for the Executive Committee, as well as conducting a full-day, virtual consultation session for the board of directors.
Following the facilitation sessions, the vendor will prepare a detailed synthesis report that summarizes key themes and insights arising from the discussions. This report will support the organization's internal team in drafting the strategic plan. Vendors with experience in strategic planning and group facilitation are encouraged to respond.
