Strategic Planning Consultant Services (Closed)

The issuing organization is seeking a consultant to provide strategic planning services. The selected vendor will review and analyze data collected from statewide focus groups, surveys, internal staff, and commissioner focus groups, and will assess existing strategic planning materials such as project timelines, community feedback, staff focus group data, survey results, and staff-compiled findings.

The consultant will work with the strategic planning committee and relevant staff to clarify and summarize priority issues, develop draft options and recommendations, and prepare an annotated draft strategy for staff review and comment. The scope also includes development of an annotated draft strategic plan and a Year 1 implementation plan, presentation of these materials to staff, incorporation of feedback, and delivery of a final written strategic plan and first-year implementation plan.
