A vendor is sought to provide strategic planning consultant services. The responsibilities include conducting discovery and background research to understand the organization's purpose, culture, and context, as well as identifying and analyzing relevant materials to inform the development of the strategic plan.
The consultant will be required to design and facilitate sessions for staff and board members, including a staff all-day session on April 24, 2026, and a board retreat scheduled for the evening of October 27, 2026, and an all-day session on October 28, 2026. The final deliverable will be a comprehensive strategic plan document accompanied by an evaluation framework.
