An organization is seeking a qualified consultant to provide strategic planning services aimed at guiding its future direction over the next 3 to 5 years. The consultant will be responsible for conducting a thorough assessment of current organizational capacity, program scope, and overall impact.
Key responsibilities include facilitating engagement sessions with a variety of stakeholders such as board members, staff, partners, funders, and constituents.
