DESCRIPTION


This RFI seeks vendors to provide strategic planning and medical support services for operations supporting the Joint Warfighters across the complete spectrum of land operations. The selected contractor will analyze, review, and deliver impact assessments on Army strategic planning and medical operations policies, ensuring command and control over daily military health operations.

Required capabilities include the ability to write, interpret, and communicate complex war planning strategies and medical logistics policies at a strategic level. The contractor must be adept in Army ERP systems, particularly knowledgeable about Logistics Modernization Program (LMP) functionality across wholesale and tactical levels. Experience briefing senior leadership (up to the 4-star level) and an understanding of military IT systems are essential.

Additional responsibilities include collecting and transforming data from the medical field into clear and actionable briefings and information papers. Expertise in operations research systems analysis, medical logistics analysis, enterprise resource planning, supply chain strategy, and strategic war plans is expected of all prospective vendors.
