A California agency is seeking a qualified vendor to provide facilitator services for strategic planning and goal setting sessions. The selected facilitator will be responsible for organizing and leading a 1 to 2-day strategic planning session with the executive management team and council, conducted as a public Special Study Session.

Prior to the session, the facilitator will review all relevant data pertaining to the agency, including past budgets, mandates, the legislative environment, and applicable regulations. The vendor will then guide the discussion to develop a comprehensive strategic plan and set annual goals.

Following the session, the facilitator will deliver a detailed report featuring a clear, accessible strategic plan roadmap. This report will include defined goals, timelines, action items, evaluation methodologies, as well as identification of responsible leads and data sources for each objective. The contract for these services will span three years.
