(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic planning and goal setting session facilitator service. – Provide facilitator services related to creating the agency’s strategic planning and setting annual goals. – Review all data relevant to the agency in preparation for strategic planning session including, but not limited to past budgets, mandates, legislative climate, and regulations directing municipal work. – Organize and facilitate a 1 to 2 day strategic planning session with the executive management team and council during a public Special Study Session. – Final product shall include providing an after–session report wherein the main deliverable should be a clear, accessible, strategic plan roadmap that includes goals, timeline, action items, and evaluation methodology with leads and data sources for each of the selected objectives. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 1, 2025. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
