The selected firm will collaborate on developing comprehensive engagement plans for various concepts and projects, with a focus on aligning activities to organizational goals, project timelines, and stakeholder needs. Services include creating stakeholder mapping and engagement matrices to identify and prioritize key stakeholders, community leaders, and advocacy organizations, as well as conducting direct outreach and communications.
