(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic plan services.– Incorporate the organizational strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.– Be feasible for implementation throughout the organization– Create a welcoming environment for productive and effective communication– Leverage subject matter experts to assess internal capacity to deliver services and manage effectively.– Support the development of strategies that will, when implemented, achieve the objectives.– Coordinate the establishment of performance measures and targets to measure the impact adopted strategies may have on stated objectives.– Establish the communication and development framework from which a written strategic plan will be developed.– Monitor the progress of the Strategic Plan development process.– Integrate the input from leaders, managers, employees, customers, and stakeholders throughout the planning process as appropriate.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 2, 2025.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
