Strategic Plan Service for Water Conservation Media Program (Closed)

Seeking a vendor to develop, implement, and evaluate a strategic media program for water conservation in Hawaii, including management of four workshops.

Submit a transmittal letter confirming compliance with RFP terms and conditions
Include a signed Offer Form OF-1 with firm's name, address, and contact information
Append a statement from each subcontractor (if used) detailing scope of work and willingness to perform
Organize the proposal into specified sections with titles, subtitles, numbering, and page numbers
Provide a complete, related, and current client listing
Indicate years in business and years performing specified services
Demonstrate necessary skills, abilities, knowledge, and relevant experience
Provide resumes for all key personnel, including job title, years of employment, role, educational background, and verifiable experience for the past five years
List at least three client references with names, titles, organizations, phone numbers, email, and postal addresses
