DESCRIPTION

This RFP seeks a consultant to provide strategic plan development services for a globally distributed organization. The selected vendor will act as a trusted, third-party facilitator to engage in deep listening, discernment, and foster shared ownership among a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders. The process will build upon past experiences, addressing both progress and challenges, to create a strategic plan centered around a clear programmatic Theory of Change.

The service must focus on keeping communities and individuals served at the core of all planning efforts while enhancing alignment across various countries, operational models, and partnerships within the organization. The scope also includes developing strategies related to organizational structure and sustainability, identifying emerging patterns and risks, and addressing key strategic questions. Additionally, the consultant must propose and implement a robust Stakeholder Analysis and Sampling methodology to support collaborative processes, and deliver comprehensive consultation summaries.
