DESCRIPTION


A consultant is sought to design and deliver a comprehensive, evidence-informed strategic planning and engagement process that reflects the needs of patients, families, staff, physicians, learners, partners, and the broader community.

The scope of work includes designing and leading a strategic planning process, developing and executing a stakeholder engagement approach, and conducting environmental and jurisdictional scans as appropriate. The consultant will facilitate sessions with leadership, staff, and key stakeholders, and synthesize findings into clear strategic directions and priorities. Support is to be provided for the development of the final Strategic Plan document.

Questions from interested parties must be submitted no later than June 15, 2026.
