DESCRIPTION

This opportunity seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive strategic planning and leadership development consulting services. The selected firm will be responsible for identifying ongoing organizational development opportunities and demonstrating enthusiasm and expertise related to the project.

Key responsibilities include gaining a thorough understanding of the organization's needs, priorities, and environmental context, as well as reviewing current and past long-term plans. The vendor must articulate their approach to executive coaching, leadership training, team development, and organizational assessments as they pertain to this engagement.

The consultant will collaborate directly with the Commissioner and leadership team to action plan around challenges to implementation, deliver regular updates on project timelines, and facilitate a leadership development program. In addition, services will include individual coaching, leadership advisement, organizational assessments, strategic planning, and implementation support as designated by the commissioner.
