DESCRIPTION

The issuing agency is seeking a service provider to support implementation of its Strategic Highway Safety Plan (SHSP) in Nevada. The selected provider will maintain the overall SHSP safety partner involvement process in coordination with the Steering Committee, Strategy Teams, and the Traffic Records Coordinating Committee (TRCC) to help ensure effective execution of the strategic plan.

Scope of work includes providing facilitation and guidance on implementation strategies, supporting Strategy Team facilitation, and promoting the SHSP at relevant conferences, meetings, and events. The provider will also be responsible for preparing and distributing a quarterly electronic newsletter, developing an SHSP handout and other marketing materials, preparing an annual SHSP progress report outlining yearly activities, targets, and future priorities, and developing webpages that support the main components of SHSP implementation.
