Strategic Communications and Investor Experience Director Services

The organization is seeking a strategic communications and investor experience director to define, craft, and refine a cross-partisan narrative and value proposition for investors. The role will establish and maintain high editorial standards for investor-facing materials, ensuring clarity, accuracy, consistency, and alignment with organizational brand standards. The director will also partner with the executive office on investor-facing events and collateral.

The director will lead event strategy and oversee the execution of in-person and virtual investor events. Responsibilities include developing strategies and objectives for major events, such as the biennial Invest in Democracy Summit and biennial strategic partner convening, in coordination with investor relations and fundraising leadership.

The role will serve as part of the four-person investor relations senior leadership team and will lead, coach, and manage the investor experience team. Additional responsibilities include setting priorities, allocating resources, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work, and developing scalable workflows and editorial processes to improve the speed, quality, and consistency of investor-facing deliverables.
