The Alaska Department of Health is seeking a qualified vendor to develop a grantee funding formula methodology for the Early Intervention/Infant Learning Program to guide the distribution of state and federal grant funds to 15 regional grantees.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Must have 3 years of experience in the last 5 years creating funding formulas and writing funding formula methodologies or cost/rate studies.
Must have 3 years of experience in the last 5 years working with education and/or health and social service systems.
Must hold a valid Alaska business license.
Must be able to obtain and maintain all necessary insurance as required.
Must perform all services within the United States.
Must not be headquartered in a country recognized as Tier 3 in the U.S. Department of State’s Trafficking in Persons Report.
