South Carolina seeks a vendor to develop a comprehensive state energy strategy, including stakeholder engagement and policy recommendations.
(1) Vendor needs to provide state energy strategy service. – Grappling with important and complex questions surrounding energy future. – State policy–makers are making strides to address these questions, including the recent enactment. – To assist in the development of a well–balanced, clean energy strategy to inform and aid policy–makers as they address the complexities of the energy sector to provide long–range, secure, accessible, affordable, reliable, and resilient energy that encourages and promotes economic development, tourism, and environmental well–being in compliance • Assessment of the current energy landscape • Support agency stakeholder engagement to represent various sectors to effectively enumerate stakeholders’ leading concerns and priorities to consider as part of a well–balanced State Energy Strategy. • Propose a draft, customizable well–balanced State Energy Strategy to the agency, that includes helpful insight, tools, and recommendations • In coordination with agency, develop a framework (2) A pre–bid conference will be held on December 2, 2025. (3) All questions must be submitted no later than December 2, 2025.
