The selected vendor will be responsible for assessing the current energy landscape and facilitating agency stakeholder engagement to ensure representation from various sectors. The goal is to effectively identify and prioritize stakeholders’ key concerns and priorities as part of developing a balanced energy strategy.
Deliverables will include a draft, customizable State Energy Strategy accompanied by actionable insights, tools, and policy recommendations.
