(1) Vendor needs to provide stakeholder engagement service. – To provide stakeholder engagement services to include written feedback and virtual listening sessions. – To solicit, collect, synthesize and communicate stakeholder input regarding implementation progress, areas of improvement, and adherence to trauma informed, affirming and culturally responsive practices of the kinship Engagement, Family Group Planning and Referrals and Transitions systemic improvements. – Recruitment of participants and implementing a 60–day process for gathering stakeholder input and feedback – Includes the analysis of data, completion of a written report and presentation of findings. (2) A pre–bid conference will be held on January 13, 2026. (3) All questions must be submitted no later than January 26, 2026. (4) The contract period will be one year.
