(1) Vendor needs to provide sports field and court strategy service– The Agency is requesting proposals from qualified Consultants to develop and deliver a sports field and sports court strategy– The Agency is developing a Sport Field and Sport Court Strategy that will guide how the agency invests in and manages these valued assets over the next 15+ years. The Strategy will assess the physical condition and functionality of all sports fields, courts and supportive infrastructure, engage user groups, review use, demand and capacity, identify immediate and long–term maintenance and upgrade needs and develop recommendations for capital planning and operational improvements. • Provide a comprehensive conditional assessment of sports fields, courts and supportive infrastructure. • Identify priorities for capital investment (renewed and new). • Identify opportunities to improve management and other experiential qualities of the fields and courts. • Engage user groups to gather information on use, demand, maintenance and future opportunities • Plan and organize a project meeting between the proponent and the city staff working group at the beginning of the project as well as prior to the draft report development and final report preparation • Visit and Inventory the Sites • Detailed Conditional Assessments of sports fields, tennis and pickleball courts. • Turf assessment and classification (Sports Turf Canada) for all sports fields. • Detailed conditional assessment of dugouts, bleacher pads, irrigation, fencing, walkways, and lighting systems • Conduct meetings with individual field user groups (8–10) to gather feedback on facility conditions, usage patterns and infrastructure investment. • Incorporate user group feedback into the strategy • Draft Strategy to be reviewed for approval • Final Strategy with recommended implementation plan, to be reviewed • Present Final Strategy with staff input incorporated to Mayor and Council at an open Council meeting (2) All the questi
