DESCRIPTION


A public community college in Idaho seeks a firm to provide comprehensive sponsorship sales, activation, and account management services. The selected contractor will be responsible for developing and managing a holistic sponsorship program that integrates both venue assets and broader institutional resources, all while adhering to brand standards, governance requirements, and mission commitments.

Scope of services includes the development and maintenance of a go-to-market strategy for the sponsorship program, covering target category identification, prospect development, outreach planning, pitch creation, pricing strategies, and negotiation. Sponsorship assets include campus buildings and facility naming rights, academic program sponsorships, workforce development initiatives, on-campus landmarks and partner activations, branded events and ceremonies, as well as digital assets such as scoreboards, digital signage, and online integrations. Exclusive rights in product categories (pouring rights) and other approved institutional assets are also part of the program.

Interested vendors must demonstrate the ability to embed the institution’s values into each sponsorship, ensuring alignment with the community college’s mission. The contract will involve prospecting, securing, and managing multiple sponsorship relationships, as well as coordinating activation and ongoing account management.
