An organization in Colorado is seeking vendors to provide advanced software engineering solutions addressing challenges in the Space Domain Awareness (SDA) mission. The initiative centers on the development and publication of specific Areas of Interest (AOIs) under a Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) framework.
Participating vendors will be responsible for conducting independent evaluations that comply with CSO standards and executing tailored contracts for their selected AOIs. Each project will ensure legal sufficiency and utilize contract structures appropriate to the solution's scope. Access requirements for base or network facilities necessary for testing, validation, and demonstration will be determined individually for awarded solutions.
