The project seeks an engineering and construction management firm to design and oversee Knott Landfill Cell 10, including documentation and certification services.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Must be a registered Professional Engineer, Engineering Geologist or of similar discipline in the State of Oregon
Must have experience in MSW landfill design and construction
Must have experience in MSW landfill construction quality assurance/quality control, oversight and certification
Must have experience in MSW landfill document preparation for bidding and construction, quality assurance/quality control, and regulatory agency certification
Must provide a minimum of three and no more than five references for projects of a similar nature performed within the last five years
Must submit a proposal limited to 30 pages (excluding the transmittal letter)
Must register on-line when retrieving the RFP packet
Must provide insurance certificates as required by the County's Services Contract
