Vendor needs to provide software solutions specialist. – Agency is seeking a Software Solutions Specialist to oversee the maintenance, development and security of its websites and associated digital systems. – Activities include: • Routine Website Coordination and Project Management:– Leading regular meetings with the external web vendor to discuss new development or design requests– Adding or updating web pages, including inputting text, publishing job postings, updating staff and facilitator pages, etc.• Redesign and the Technical Build–Out of New Features or Systems:– Conducting a comprehensive assessment of the user journey to identify friction points and opportunities for optimization– Leading the redesign of the agency Partnership website to improve usability, accessibility and performance• Website and Data Security:– Developing and implementing protocols for website and data security, including threat detection and prevention, incident response and recovery– Regular vulnerability assessments, building relationships with team members managing these systems, e.g., knack, Monday.com and custom systems• System and Process Optimization: – Auditing and optimizing the use of Mailchimp audiences, including segmentation, tagging and automation strategies– Exploring and implementing AI tools to enhance communications services, such as automated translation, copyediting and content generation and AI–assisted analyses of audience engagement and content performance tracking
