Software Solutions Specialist

An agency is seeking a qualified Software Solutions Specialist responsible for the management, security, and optimization of its websites and digital systems. The specialist will oversee maintenance and further development of online properties, coordinate regularly with an external web vendor, and manage the ongoing addition and updating of web content, such as job postings and staff pages.

The role includes leading the redesign and technical build-out of new website features, with a focus on comprehensive user journey assessments to enhance usability, accessibility, and site performance. The specialist will be tasked with developing and implementing website and data security protocols, performing routine vulnerability assessments, and collaborating with teams managing systems like Knack, Monday.com, and other custom solutions.

Additional responsibilities involve optimizing system processes, including auditing and improving the use of Mailchimp audience segmentation and automation. The position also calls for the exploration and implementation of AI tools to advance communications, such as automated translation, content generation, and AI-driven analysis of audience engagement and content performance.
