Sirona CEREC Primeprint Solution for VA Dental Clinic

The Veterans Health Administration, through the Robert J. Dole VA Medical Center Dental Service, is seeking to acquire one CEREC Primeprint Solution or an equivalent similar product to support in-house dental 3D printing. The system will be used to fabricate dental models, guides, splints, and prosthetic applications, with the goal of improving efficiency, reducing reliance on external laboratories, and enhancing patient care outcomes.

The selected contractor will be responsible for providing all transportation, labor, materials, equipment, installation, software, training, warranty, and maintenance services required for delivery and implementation at the Robert J. Dole VA Medical Center Dental Clinic. The project includes full system setup, operational training for users, and post-installation support to ensure complete functionality.

The requested solution should include an automated closed workflow from digital impression through printing and post-processing, high-resolution rapid printing capability, intuitive touchscreen controls, automated resin handling and cleaning, secure patient data handling with HIPAA-compliant software, a compact benchtop design, built-in safety features, and real-time monitoring with self-diagnostic alerts.
