The State of Washington is seeking a consultant to provide ServiceNow development, support, and implementation services under a three-year contract. The consultant will be expected to offer both live and remote hands-on demonstrations of their ServiceNow solutions at dates and times specified by the agency.

The scope of work includes a comprehensive range of ServiceNow consulting services such as the creation and modification of forms, filters, reports, databases, notifications, UI policies, workflows, custom scripts, catalog items, record producers, surveys, inbound actions, and access control lists (ACLs). Additional responsibilities include data loading and transformation, upgrade assistance, instance health support, and API integrations. The consultant may also be called upon to deliver these services for smaller projects within the agency as needs arise.

Interested vendors should have demonstrated experience in ServiceNow implementation and support, as well as proficiency in handling complex configurations and integrations.
