(1) Vendor needs to provide secure research enclave services.– Develop a Compliant Cloud Environment: Design and implement a secure, cloud–hosted system that fully meets the 110 security requirements of NIST SP 800–171 revision 2 for safeguarding Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and other sensitive federal data.– Secure enclave will provide researchers with a compliant infrastructure for storing, processing, and analyzing Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and other federally regulated data.– Conduct a comprehensive assessment of agency current IT related infrastructure.– Configure secure data storage, high–performance compute, and virtual workstation capabilities(2) An optional pre–bid meeting will be held on November 19, 2025.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
