DESCRIPTION
The issuing organization is seeking a vendor to provide school photography services in Montana. The selected provider will be responsible for organizing, capturing, producing, and delivering high-quality images for school use, with optional purchase opportunities for families.
The scope includes staff portraits for approximately 65 staff members, fall individual student portraits for all students in grades K–12, and class group photos. Estimated student counts are 190 students in PK–5, 100 students in grades 6–8, and 130 students in grades 9–12. Class group photography includes approximately 13 classes in PK–5, 3 classes in grades 6–8, and 4 classes in grades 9–12.
Photography services and image deliverables must be compatible with yearbook production requirements and the Infinite Campus student information system. Questions related to the solicitation must be submitted no later than May 21, 2026.
