(1) Vendor needs to provide school cafeterias design service to the government authority located in Harrison, NY. – Conduct site visits to all designated school kitchens and serving areas. – Assess the current layout, equipment inventory, utilities, infrastructure, storage, and workflow. – Identify code compliance issues, including health, safety, ventilation, ADA, and fire protection requirements. – Review existing drawings, utility plans, and operational procedures. – Develop multiple conceptual layout options that improve operational efficiency, traffic flow, and service delivery. – Create schematic–level floor plans illustrating kitchen layout, serving line placement, circulation patterns, and equipment zones. – Provide recommendations to optimize student line flow and reduce wait times. – Prepare a detailed list of recommended new equipment, including specifications, model numbers, and rationale. – Produce finalized floor plans, elevations, utility connection diagrams, and equipment schedules. – Provide detailed technical specifications for all food service equipment.
