Fulton County Government
Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
The county is seeking a qualified vendor to upgrade its SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) water distribution system. The project involves replacing the existing SCADA hardware and software, and providing design and integration services necessary for the implementation of a new SCADA system. The new system should be SaaS-based, accessible via mobile devices and web browsers, and include related components suitable for a potable water distribution system.
Vendors will be responsible for programming, installation, and ongoing support of the new SCADA solution. The system must feature a robust Human-Machine Interface (HMI) with intuitive, process-oriented displays that simulate a Computer Aided Design (CAD) level of physical detail of distribution assets, including both elevated and ground storage tanks. Real-time and historical operational data extraction features are required to support analysis and reporting objectives.
Additionally, the solution must integrate visual monitoring capabilities, such as surveillance cameras, to facilitate real-time observation of operational sites. Tank graphics need to clearly articulate current water levels. The contract will have a one-year duration, with a pre-bid conference scheduled prior to the submission deadline.
