Vendor needs to provide SCADA system maintenance and professional consultation services to the government authority located in Hawaii. – Provide professional support and maintenance services, SCADA System Central Computer Stations and Network Equipment, Remote SCADA Sites located at various points and SCADA System Technical Support. – Inspect all network equipment for proper operation and software upgrade requirements. – Provide necessary patching and software updates. – Verify historical data collection and report generation for proper operation. – Perform administrative tasks associated with maintaining the various servers. – Provide recommendations for replacing servers and associated equipment. – Perform programming modifications to SCADA system components and software. – Provide a technical report of work completed. The contract period will be for three years. All the questions must be submitted no later than January 28, 2026.
