The agency is seeking qualified Systems Integrators to provide a comprehensive SCADA support solution. Selected vendors will work alongside Information Systems staff to upgrade and expand the District’s SCADA infrastructure. The scope of work focuses on medium-scale projects, which include control panel and server architecture upgrades, integration services for capital improvement projects, and support for legacy panel replacement and I/O upgrades at plant control systems.
The integrator will be responsible for designing, installing, and commissioning both legacy panel replacements and I/O upgrades. Additional tasks include upgrading server architecture and software, providing expert technical guidance, and delivering technical support to the Information Systems staff. The provider must respond to emergency support requests within four hours, ensuring operational continuity. All prospective vendors are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting.
