(1) Vendor needs to provide hosted managed services.– Conduct current state assessment of SAS IFRS 17 application infrastructure and architecture.– Propose future SAS IFRS 17 HMS (sizing, design, security, integration).– Provide project/implementation plan to migrate from current to new HMS.– Provide a proposal for on–going service and support for SAS IFRS 17 HMS– Install and configure latest version of SAS IFRS 17 on vendor’s infrastructure for SaaS delivery.– Provide dedicated environments: one production and one non–production.– Migrate current SAS IFRS 17 data repository to new HMS datastore.– Re–establish all integration points with agency’s on–prem infrastructure.– Configure new HMS to align with agency current SAS IFRS 17 configuration, ensuring no deviation from agency financial reporting.– Provide capacity for 25 concurrent users.– Provide agency with an updated SOC2 Type II report annually.– Ability to export agency data out of the application.– Data retention of 7 years.– Recovery Point of Objective < 4h.– Recovery Time Objective < 24h– Perform data back–ups at a minimum monthly frequency (and restoration if needed).– Support annual 3rd party audits.– Ensure application is updated with latest patches/hot fixes etc.– Upgrade SAS IFR17 application in coordination with agency.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 25, 2025.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
