Travis County is seeking a qualified vendor to provide SAP system implementation and migration services, with a focus on integrating SAP S/4HANA Cloud (private edition) and SAP Datasphere. The project aims to deliver a live S/4HANA Cloud environment featuring enhanced analytics capabilities and improved end-user experience. SAP Datasphere will serve as a replacement for SAP BW, offering improved real-time analytics, while maintaining existing ECC integrations at their current level of functionality. The expectation is that end-users will be effectively utilizing the new applications upon go-live, and the Travis County team will be capable of supporting and maintaining the new environment post-implementation.

The scope includes managing user lifecycles and authorizations through SAP CIS, developing strategies to ensure HIPAA-relevant data is neither extracted nor connected to Datasphere, and configuring Cloud TMS (CTMS) for content migration in conjunction with Datasphere. The selected vendor is also expected to implement a mechanism to track and monitor report usage in SAP Datasphere and guarantee that all new Datasphere queries are fully accessible and functional within both the SAP Analytics Cloud add-in for Microsoft Excel and SAP Analytics Cloud itself.
