A Washington, DC agency is seeking a qualified vendor to manage the migration from its current legacy CRM system (Kustomer) to Salesforce CRM. The scope of work includes the comprehensive design, development, and implementation of a new Salesforce Customer Relationship Management platform tailored to the agency’s business processes.
The contractor will be responsible for assessing the existing CRM environment, designing and implementing the Salesforce solution, and ensuring seamless migration of data, functionalities, interfaces, and integrations from the current system.
