(1) Vendor needs to provide salesforce migration service. – Provide services to design, develop and implement a Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform and the migration from the agency’s current Legacy CRM. – The contractor shall design, develop and implement Salesforce CRM system and migrate data from the existing Legacy CRM (Kustomer) to Salesforce CRM. – The Contractor shall provide project document management via SharePoint or an agency–provided repository. – The Contractor shall provide daily status reports, as agreed upon by the Agency, detailing progress against the project plan and identifying any risks and corresponding mitigation measures. – The Contractor shall conduct an assessment of the Agency’s existing CRM implementation of the Agency’s business processes to provide a design for the Salesforce CRM. – The Contractor shall execute a migration from the Agency’s existing Legacy CRM to the designed and implemented Salesforce CRM. The migration shall include data from the existing Legacy CRM, functionality currently available in the Legacy CRM, interfaces used in the Legacy CRM, and integrations with Agency tools. – Automated status messages sent to the customer. – Reporting and data analytics support. – The Contractor shall configure the Salesforce CRM to meet the Agency’s requirements. This includes customizing Salesforce CRM interfaces, as well as default settings and values, in a manner consistent with Salesforce CRM and CS best practices and aligned with the Agency’s requirements. – The Contractor shall configure Salesforce to facilitate the use of Salesforce’s APIs and other integration tools securely. – The Contractor shall provide post–migration and post–implementation support to ensure that the Agency’s Salesforce implementation operates in accordance with the Agency’s requirements (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 17, 2025.
