Implement and customize Salesforce solutions and provide ongoing support for system maintenance, system upgrades, and required fixes for the agency’s Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. System enhancements, configurations, optimizations, maintenance, fixes, and updates to the Salesforce Lightning platform. Salesforce Sales Cloud system maintenance. System or third–party application identification, integration, customization, and optimization related to the agency’s new programs and services and/or business process improvements. Systems administrator and user training. Salesforce Public Sector Solutions Grant Management tools integration. All questions must be submitted no later than January 28, 2026.
