Safety Data Platform

The State of Montana is seeking a qualified vendor to implement a comprehensive safety data platform to support the import, analysis, and monitoring of crash, transportation network, and demographic data for safety planning purposes. The platform must enable staff to efficiently access and utilize crash data, generate crash diagrams, analyze patterns, and overlay demographic with street network data to identify high injury networks and recommend suitable countermeasures.

The system should also integrate advanced safety data collection equipment and provide robust tools for the ongoing evaluation and monitoring of safety plans. This will allow for more proactive and data-driven project identification and evaluation, thereby reducing the required staff time and increasing efficiency in safety planning initiatives. The contract will span three years, with all vendor questions due by February 11, 2026.
