(1) Vendor needs to provide SAAS ERP procurement and advisory services.– Identify one or more Proponents for the supply and delivery of Services.– Enhance customer satisfaction and improvements in services.– Ensure solution has the ability to operate multiple companies and organizations independently of each other.– Strategic and leadership alignment.– Provide strategic guidance and tactical assistance in navigating contract negotiations once the SaaS ERP system vendor has been identified through the evaluation process.– Provide strategic guidance and tactical assistance in navigating contract negotiations once System Implementation partner has been identified through the evaluation process.– Provide strategic guidance with licensing options and structure.– Options Analysis Partner services to support the procurement of an ERP SaaS solution and an Implementation Partner providing expert evaluation services.– Develop SaaS ERP Product Procurement Requirements based on needs analysis.– Develop requirements and criteria for SaaS ERP product and translate into formal procurement documents, including cloud platform and managed services.– Create resourcing requirements.– Business process analysis and modernization for the current and proposed modules.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 26,2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on February 17, 2026.
