Services include evaluating applicant financial submissions across all four financial profiles using the criteria and requirements defined in the Guidebook, reviewing compiled or reviewed financial statements for the most recently closed fiscal year or applicable interim period, and developing and maintaining standard operating procedures for financial and operational evaluation.
The scope also includes forming and managing an evaluation panel to assess applications. Questions related to the solicitation must be submitted by May 22, 2026.
