DESCRIPTION
The issuing organization is seeking a vendor to provide a Risk Management Information System (RMIS) to support the Risk Management Department. The system is intended to assist with the administration of workers' compensation, automobile liability, general liability, and property claims.
The RMIS should support claims administration across multiple lines of coverage, improve reporting accuracy for regulatory compliance and audits, and track litigation activities and settlement outcomes. It should also support disaster recovery tracking, improve loss data accuracy and analytical capabilities, automate incident and accident reporting, enhance risk identification and mitigation efforts, and provide insurance policy management and certificate of insurance tracking.
