Approach to strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, facilitation, organizational assessment, and development of clear, actionable strategic frameworks. Draft a clear, concise, and actionable strategic plan framework, including goals, objectives, and high–level strategies. Review and assess existing strategic plan, agency reports, performance measures, executive orders, statutory authorities, and relevant background materials. Identify and synthesize key themes, challenges, opportunities, and strategic priorities. Develop or refine mission, vision, values, and guiding principles, as appropriate. Provide recommendations for implementation, performance tracking, and future updates.
