(1) Vendor needs to provide social media monitoring service.– Agency is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a social media monitoring and content scheduling solution that consolidates content creation, audience engagement, and analytics reporting into one unified platform.– The selected solution will improve operational efficiency, enhance the agency’s ability to monitor and respond to public inquiries, and provide robust, actionable data to guide strategy.– The selected solution should• Centralize social media monitoring, engagement, and publishing across all supported platforms.• Provide tools and resources that improve content creation, audience engagement, and analytics reporting.• Enable rapid and effective response to public inquiries and feedback.• Deliver robust, actionable data to inform strategy and measure success.• Support current and emerging social media platforms, with a forward–looking integration plan– Deliverables– Content development support• AI–assisted content creation capabilities.• Access to training workshops, learning opportunities, and best practice resources.• Regular account reviews and strategic recommendations to improve content performance.– Comprehensive monitoring• Unified monitoring and engaging with public comments, direct messages, and tagged posts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Bluesky.• Clear strategy for integrating with emerging platforms (e.g., Bluesky support readiness).– Robust reporting and analytics• Detailed, multi–channel analytics reporting with at least cross–platform comparisons, and ideally, Boolean logic search functions.• Sentiment analysis, engagement trend tracking, and key audience insights.• Proactive notifications of system downtime, maintenance, and issue resolutions.• High–quality customer support with timely response and resolution.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 15, 2025 (3) The contract period will be for three years.
