Vendor needs to provide enterprise cloud and network operations, and management services. The ongoing development of the enterprise Azure cloud framework is crucial as it will facilitate centralized management and monitoring, improve network flexibility, and expedite the expansion of increased compute capacity and mission workloads where required. Services include administration of Microsoft ecosystem environments, endpoint management, SD–WAN operations, cybersecurity defense, ITSM functions, performance monitoring, reporting, incident resolution, and continual service improvement. Including the development or update of security policies, the re–engineering of systems, and the retraining of personnel to effectively operate, maintain, and secure the IL5/IL6 Azure Cloud environments. Provide continuous operational, sustainment, management, and defense services for enterprise cloud and network systems. The contract period will be for five years.
