(1) Vendor needs to provide RFI for data management system.– System will be crucial for collecting comprehensive data on anadromous salmonid populations to better inform and enhance our efforts in salmon and steelhead recovery, conservation, and management.– Collect comprehensive data on anadromous salmonid populations, in coordination with relevant agencies, to inform salmon and steelhead recovery, conservation, and management activities.– ASP database currently exists in three a distributed microsoft (MS) Access application a centralized SQL database mirroring the structure of the distributed MS access ap the survey management switchboard (SMS) application used to manage lookup table values.– ASP data are stored in the SQL database, however several intermediary steps and manual upload of data from text files or a distributed MS Access application into the SQL database are required due to a lack of user access and tools.– Separate database application, called the survey management switchboard (SMS Application), is used to enter, store, and retrieve various lookup table values used by the ASP to ensure uniform values are used across projects, and managers of the program.– To improve data management and access, proposes to fully transition the existing SQL database and SMS application to a single web–based application with data entry, batch upload tools, and custom query and data retrieval tools to support the collection of comprehensive data on anadromous salmonid populations.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 24, 2025.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
