The issuing organization is seeking information from vendors capable of providing a collision avoidance system for light rail transit operations in Arizona. The requested system should support real-time detection, prediction, and mitigation of potential collisions involving trains, vehicles, pedestrians, and other obstacles.
The requested capabilities include core technologies such as computer vision, LiDAR, radar, and sensor fusion. Vendors are expected to describe solutions that offer real-time object detection and classification, predictive analytics and collision risk assessment, automatic warning and/or intervention mechanisms, communication protocols and data interfaces, cybersecurity features and compliance, and data and AI model management.
