DESCRIPTION
The government authority in Fairfax, Virginia is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive residential and commercial property management services. The scope involves managing residential properties, including accounting, procurement, compliance, staffing and personnel, maintenance, resident selection, relations and waitlist management, as well as implementing a transition plan for new management.
The selected property manager is responsible for maintaining all buildings, appurtenances, and grounds in accordance with established standards. The manager will separately invoice the property owner for all fees, including base management, asset management, and leasing commissions if applicable. Read-only access to both operational and accounting property management systems must be provided.
The responsibilities include carrying out promotional, leasing, and management activities necessary for apartment leasing and maintaining a marketing strategy to address fluctuations in waitlist demand. Services also extend to property management and maintenance for five commercial properties. The contract will have a term of two years, with opportunities for pre-proposal consultation and question submission.
