DESCRIPTION


This opportunity seeks qualified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) to provide comprehensive repairs addressing water penetration deficiencies as identified in a Facility Condition Assessment (FCA) report at the Coatesville VA Medical Center. The contractor will be responsible for all labor, supplies, transportation, supervision, and equipment necessary to complete repairs across multiple buildings, including roofing repair and replacement, flashing, deteriorated masonry joints, recaulking windows, repairing rain leader connections, replacing sections of underground storm sewer pipes, and regrading around the buildings. Work must be completed in accordance with the provided Statement of Work (SOW), drawings, and specifications.

All work is to occur under a Firm Fixed Price contract, with the project magnitude estimated between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. SDVOSB bidders must be certified by the U.S. Small Business Administration VETCERT and registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Compliance with VAAR 819.7003, OSHA, and EPA requirements is mandatory. Interested contractors must provide performance and payment bonds, along with a bid guarantee. A pre-bid site walk-through is scheduled, and it is strongly encouraged for all interested parties. Award of this contract is subject to the availability of FY26 funds and must be completed within 380 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed.
